Identification/Crematory Tags
Cremation Identification Tags are designed for use in crematoriums. Made from 18 gauge, 304 stainless steel they easily withstand the cremation process. These tags are used and designed to identify and track remains; thus providing a unique permanent means of identification.

- Part Number A1001-S, 1-1/4” dia c\w one 3/16” hole
- Part Number A1003-S, 1-1/2” dia c\w one 3/16” hole
Note: Our A1003-S, allows for a larger numbering sequence for facilities that might require same. Other shapes, if so desired can be chosen from our list of standard metal blanks.

- Numbering: 1 line of up to 6 sequential numbers
